Introduction
High strength glass beads ( blasting and peening )
It takes compressed air as the momentum and uses glass bead as the medium, through high-speed and high-pressure jetting on the surface of workspace. Products after shot blasting can eliminate the tensile stress, lengthen the fatigue life, and improve its capacity for anti-stress corrosion.
Reflective powder can be added into the ink, made reflective ink, screen printing or brushing to fabric or other items. The reflection brightness changes along with the amount of adding powder. Mixing rate: Add about 30~50% of glass bead by weight, into the clear printing ink.
First printing a layer aluminum silver paste/aluminum powder at the bottom -- The surface layer prints the reflective ink--- Drying solidification
